Home Office staff complain of discrimination at work

The Border Force and Immigration Enforcement agency has scored worst out of all government agencies and departments in a survey of personal experience of discrimination at work. One in five employees agreed with the statement whilst four in ten did not agree that the agency was committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace. The findings were part of a government survey of staff opinion in nearly one hundred public agencies, covering 300,000 employees.
