It is owned by Direct Reports Ltd. a company limited by shares incorporated in England and Wales under company number 7166974, with its registered office at Troytown Cottage, Haywards Heath Rd, Balcombe, West Sussex RH17 6NF. Newsletters/marketing

We email subscribers with our quarterly newsletter “From every angle” to keep them informed of relevant developments in the world of investigation and dispute resolution. Subscribers are only those who have in the past agreed to receive the newsletter. You can unsubscribe to the newsletter at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each newsletter

We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our newsletters. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks, using industry-standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our communications. MailChimp, whose servers are located in the US, complies with the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework and has certified its adherence to the Privacy Shield Principles. Emails about our services may occasionally be sent to current and previous clients and carefully selected prospective clients, whose contact details are sourced from open websites.

We commit to ensuring that these communications are relevant and not excessive. We also commit to removing your details from our mailing list as soon as you express a wish not to receive further communications, in which case we will keep only enough detail on our records to ensure that we do not email you again.
